Run Up Hoffa and do 10 burpees

Part 2:
Goblet Squats – 40
Lunges With Coupon – 40
Flutter kicks – 20 (two legs equal one rep)
Run up Hoffa and do 30 squats

Part 3:
Merkins – 20
Derkins – 15
Yul Brynners – 2
Run up Hoffa and do 10 burpees

Rinse and repeat. PAX got through a second round of parts 1 and 2 before time was up. Hoffa was extra slippery this morning, which meant the PAX were sledding or sliding down rather than moseying.
