Thang 1: 4 corners
Using the ramps on by the school we designated 4 corners. Two on top and two on bottom. At each corners we performed the exercises and reps below. We did each exercise at each corner before advancing to the next.

We started at the spa. Partner 1 ran to the bottom and back up. We rotated throwing a sandbag down the hill and running it back up.
