Thang 1: Dan Taylor Alley w/ Burpees & Single Legs
Thang 2: The Hotroom – previously the volleyball courts. Pax performed the following:
Merkin Pyramid – Inchworm to Merkin position and doing 9 merkins. Inchworm back to start position and inchworm back down to Merkin position now performing 8 merkins. Rinse and repeat for a total of 45 merkins. Jump straight into 45 squats. Entire routine is ONE Merkin Pyramid.
Ring of Fire – Bear Crawl – PAX circled up. Q called each Pax to bear crawl across to the PAX in front of them or diagonally. Each PAX went 3 times.
Wheel-barrels – PAX paired up and formed a square. One PAX held their partner’s legs while the PAX on bottom walked on their hands across to another team. The next team then did the same routine. Rinse and repeat. Each PAX went 3 times on bottom.
Prisoner Bonnies x45 – hard count. With hands interlocked behind their heads, PAX performed Bonnie Blairs.
Thang 3: Hoffa
PAX moseyed ver to Hoffa where we finished with laps up and down Hoffa.
