The Thang:
- Scout run around the AO
- 4 corners of the track – at each corner do 30 reps of the assigned exercise and then move as a group to the next corner. Movement requirements included mosey, skip, high-knees, karaoke
- Exercises first round: overhead-press, squats, merkens, BBSs
- Exercises second round: coupon swings, lunges, shoulder taps, leg lifts
- Exercises third round: rows, bonnie blairs, diamond merkens (15 reps), American hammers
- Exercises fourth round: overhead-press, merkens, BBSs
