  • Scout run around the AO
  • 4 corners of the track – at each corner do 30 reps of the assigned exercise and then move as a group to the next corner. Movement requirements included mosey, skip, high-knees, karaoke
  • Exercises first round: overhead-press, squats, merkens, BBSs
  • Exercises second round: coupon swings, lunges, shoulder taps, leg lifts
  • Exercises third round: rows, bonnie blairs, diamond merkens (15 reps), American hammers
