Seek out guidance from people ahead of you in life. Our young family group enjoyed a conversation with a panel of grandparents who shared their parenting experiences and wisdom. It was really awesome getting to know them more and to soak up what they had to share. Books and podcasts are great sources of learning, but don’t underestimate the value of learning from people in your own community who have gone before you. Because you have relationships with these people, it’s more personal and you keep learning over time.
