WOR: SSHs, goofballs, Abe Vigodas (properly paced), bat wings, tappy-taps, copperhead squats, etc, jog around the track while listening to the overly complicated directions
Thang 1: Run a lap then do sets of 10, 20, 30, and 40 reps moving to the next cone for each new number. The first five to finish their lap start the reps. The next five join someone already in progress and help complete the reps. #11 joins the slowest group and helps them finish. Lunge walk back to the start and repeato with a new exercise.
Round 1 – block sits
Round 2 – row to overhead press
Round 3 – Bonnie Blairs (1=1)
Round 4 – Split squats
Round 5 – coupon jump overs
This would have worked better on the track using lanes. Too bad @Banks wasn’t the Q.
