The Thang:
– two stations at opposite corners of the track
– Station 1: blockees, Nutcracker sit-ups, uneven block merkens, goblet squats, curls – Station 2: burpees, BBSs, merkens, squats, dips
– PAX start off at Station 1 with 5 reps of each and then do 5 at Station 2. Next lap they do 10, then 15, then 20, then 25. (Then back down the ladder, if time) – First three to finish a station picks up sandbags and carries to next station
