Our young families group at church recently hosted a “grandparents panel”, where we connected with and learned about parenting from grandparents within our church. One of the most concrete takeaways for me was to write / communicate a blessing for each of your children. The grandmother who shared that said her husband did that for each of their kids, and it is most impactful memory her kids have of their dad.
