The Thang: 7 stations with an exercise and mode of transport to the next station. Make your way through with 10, then 20, and then 30 reps per station. Exercises and mode as follows:
– merkins/lunge
– squats/bear crawl
– BBSs/sumo lunge
– Hand-release merkins/lunge (switched to shoulder taps b/c garage ground was kinda nasty) – star-jumps/bear crawl
– leg-lifts/sumo-lunge
– broad-jump burpee to last cone
(note that original plan had to make PAX run a lap in between sets, but with move to garage, just ran back down to first cone)
