The Thang:
TABATA work. With each exercise, start off with 1 minute of work to set a number. Then we did 6 rounds of 1-minute exercises where PAX were to do 60% of that number. Exercises were:
– blockees
– deep swimmer’s press (curl to an overhead press)
– nutcracker sit-ups
– goblet squats
