The Thang:
There and back again: one PAX farmer carry coupons the the light pole and the other did burpees and ran to meet them and then flip flop. We went up to 3 light poles and back down
LOOTIES circuit: we broke into 3 groups and did a descending circuit of 10 pull-ups, 20 derkins, and 30 dips. We did 10 rounds ending with 1,2,3 respectively.
