We started with breaking into 2 groups and doing a scout run in opposite directions around the short loop. The good guys won.
Then we circled up and did exercises with one as the pacer and then would rotate after. Exercises were:
– Pacer – 8x Sandball over the shoulders Round 1, 10x sandees round 2 – LBCs
– 2x draw from the deck and do the exercise listed
– bent over sandbag rows
– sandbag squats
– overhead press
– abyss merkins
– curls
– coupon grave diggers
– flutter kicks
