COUNT: 8
WOR: ~5 min

Stretch Arms OYO

The Thang:
O’Hare – 10 min
AMRAP at the Shop (30 sec work, 10 sec rest for 4 sets of 3 cycles): 1. Superman with weight (kind of a breast stroke motion)
2. Stretches with bands (palms up with elbows in at sides, grip band in each hand shoulder distance apart, pull hands outward) 3. Table presses

Lake Shore Drive – 8 min
Partner #1 completes Overhead Presses as Partner #2 bear crawls ~15 yards, completes 20 Shoulder Taps (1:1) and crawls back. Switch. Complete a few cycles.
(Based on “Feedback February” received, recommend completing this after Sears Tower next time.)

Sears Tower – TBD time
2149 overhead clap with weight Dora spittoon – 1 for each stair of the Sears Tower. (It will always be the Sears Tower.)
(Based on “Feedback February,” would either have PAX contribute 30 spittoon style before running up Halffa (50% Hoffa) or setting a target—like 200—to hit before everyone runs up.)

The Loop – Till Time
Thrusters while partner completes loop around lot. Switch.

Moleskine:
Making a small change makes a big difference over time: holding one pound in each hand for exercise, or setting your trajectory 1° different than it was to start. Make a little change over a long time can bring success in changing a habit.
