Starting at the double set of stairs, do 4 reps, go to the top of the left stairs, do 8 reps, come down, do 12 reps, go up the right stairs, do 16 reps, come down, do 20 reps, go to the bottom of the stairs to the east, do 24 reps, go up and do 28, return and do 32 reps, return to the double stairs. Switch exercises and repeat.
