Moleskine: talked about my handheld water bottle i use for long runs, which was a game changer. Allows me to take more frequent sips of water rather than trying to guzzle at water fountains (or tables). Similarly, as a christian, I think of the daily time in God’s word and prayer as sipping from the water bottle. Aye!
