AO: Ground Zero
Q: Endo ,
PAX: Mr Roboto, Endo, Tenderfoot, Pool Boy, Mr. Bean
FNGs: None
COUNT: 5
Conditions: 50 and still t-shirt weather!
WOR: ssh, goofs, stretching
The Thang: went north. Pool Boy, Tenderfoot and Endo hung together. Pool Boy’s cardio is on the up and up!
Moleskine: i had a buddy who i’d do an occasional race with years after college. He’d always say something about there being a lot of young guys with fresh legs, but we’re the veterans. All of us in our 40s and above are veterans of life at this point, so use your veteran knowledge to live wisely and encourage/support the guys with “fresh legs”.
