The Thang:
1. Circle of BBSUs – pass the pumpkin counterclockwise on the ups
2. Scout run – the folks in the back run with pumpkins. Pax in the back runs up, passes the pumpkin to the first pumpkinless pax they encounter in line.
3. Pumpkin thrusters in pairs – one pax does burpees while the other completes thrusters x20; then switch. Do two sets of thrusters for each pax.
4. Hoffa reps – in teams of 3, one pax does BBSUs at the bottom with the pumpkins, one does overhead press at the top with the pumpkin, the other pax runs up Hoffa. At the top, they take the pumpkin and do the OPs. That pax runs down, takes over BBSUs. Repeat, rotating thru exercises. 1. First pumpkin casualty, courtesy of Endo

2. We had a third casualty, but YHC cannot remember who was at fault… possibly our FNG, The Havana Knight.
1. Pumpkin toss relay – two lines of 5. Toss the pumpkin to the next person, run to the front of the line. Continue this as fast as possible until the finish line.

Elections remind me of Luke 12 because everyone has an idea of what will happen, but you never truly know until the votes are counted. We don’t know the future. Only God does. Therefore, wherever you are in life, do your best to be a good influence in whatever communities you are a part of.
