The Thang: Murder Bunny 5 Alive
We did Five Alive with Curl Presses, Nut Crackers, Skull Crushers, Thursters and Merkins.

It worked like this…
You did one curl press and then Murder Bunny 5 yards and do two curl presses, Murder Bunny 5 yards/three curl presses. Continue until you do five curl press.

Then you reverse murder bunny back to the start and add nut crackers. So 5 curl presses, 1 nut cracker. Repeat the murder bunny pattern up to 5 curl press and 5 nut crackers. Reverse murder bunny back and add skull crushers. Continue this same routine through all 5 exercises.

As an added bonus we had a timer to stop and do 20SSH/5 burpees every 5 minutes.

Pax took turns pulling a paper from a bucket. On one side a “trick” exercise was listed, and the other a “treat” exercise. I then asked them a trivia question; if they got it wrong, we did the trick exercise, and if they got it right, we did the treat. 18 questions in all were answered, about half correctly.
