The Thang: 33s—Mosey around the long loop, stopping at all light poles to perform 33s (3 different exercises/11 reps of each). Each PAX takes a turn adding a new exercise to the front of the sequence. As a new movement is introduced, the oldest one drops off, always keeping the total at 3. The rotation continues. Finished up with Mary.
