The Thang: Musical Dora
At the top of the spa one partner did reps (no counting needed) the other moseyed down then came up any way except moseying (bear crawl, Bernie, lunge, broad jump, crab walk, skip, side shuffle, karaoke, etc.)
 The exercise at the top changed when the song changed.  Whoever names the new song first calls the exercise.
We did squats, merkins, lbc, ssh, plank, dips, air thrusters, imperial walkers.

7MOM: flutters intermixed with protractors.  Finished with 5 degrees to failure.  @NATTY killed it.
