Pax then repeated all of the exercises on their own and then ran a lap.

Round 2
Tortuga called the exercises for this round and was given the option to keep them the same, swap one out for a new one or just add one on. In true Tortuga fashion he added one (crunchy frogs) and modified one (block merkins to hand release block merkins).

Repeat on own, run lap, 100 thrusters spittoon style.

Round 3
Panhandle called this round. He decided to subtract crunchy frogs and block merkins and add bent over rows.

Repeat on own, run lap, 50 blockees spittoon style.
