The Thang: EMOM timer. Run down and back up to the spa. Complete as many reps as you can before timer ends.
For the next round, do the same, but take off 5 reps. Then add a rep each of the next rounds until failure. When you fail to complete your reps in the minute, only run down 2/3 of the ramp, but still add a rep. Next fail, just do 1/3 of the ramp, but still add reps.
First to fail the 1/3 ramp carries the sandbag to the bottom, does two sandees, return with sandbag to the spa then join back in with reps and running until third PAX fails. Then ALL PAX run all the way down, return to top, recover and get instructed on next round while holding a wall sit. Round one – overhead press
Round two – block sit, feet off the ground, to jump squats
Round three – hand release block merkins

The directions were unclear but by round three everyone was fully on board. I’ll do better next time.
