1) in teams of 3 – backrack position carry 95# barbell and 2 kettle bells as we complete 5 alive – merkins, squats (many used Kb and barbell), shoulder taps, lunges (some used barbell and KB), merkins. This worked well.
2) barbell carry around the track while one partner does 5 burpees and taps out and the 3rd does 5 burpees and carries the KB’s. This was a bit of a mess. 3) Mary
